JOB DESCRIPTION/REQUIREMENTS:
Slabtown Village is a luxury tiny home hotel in NW Portland that seeks a self-motivated, organized professional responsible for hotel cleans. We have three small tiny homes (160 square feet each) with beds up in lofts (so there will be a little bit of stretching needed.)

This is a hands-on position. Primary job duties include but are not limited to the following:

Cleans and daily turn-overs for hotel stays. Cleans happen between 11AM – 3PM.

Cleaning days are based on hotel bookings, so there will be some variability.

Laundry coordination (contract with Spin)

Supplies & Inventory relayed to ownership for purchasing via Amazon​

On-Call (Minimum 5 Days on-call w/ability to be 100% if deemed possible.)

Ensure the property and grounds are maintained via provided landscaper and handyman.

Weekly basic clearing of the grounds with a leaf blower

Watering of potted plants during warm seasons

Periodic small-scale repairs and maintenance (paid separately on an hourly basis)

QUALIFICATIONS:

High school diploma or GED preferred.

Able to work in an on-call environment with ability to prioritize cleans.

Cell phone with text messaging will be needed. Access to Google Docs and internet essential.

Knowledge of Airbnb.com would be nice.
COMPENSATION:
The Housekeeper is paid *$60 per clean, with additional $30 hourly for extra services, ie: Laundry drops, landscaping, etc. *Our last housekeeper was getting cleans done in 1-1.5 hours.
