Shared Space
The three tiny homes share a main gated entrance and an expansive deck. There are great opportunities to share a beverage and chat with other guests while staying in one of these four units.

The Walton home offers spa services from Monica Shoemaker with Skin Logic Aesthetics and Chelsea Power with Massage Connection.
The Beverly home is a private residence.

Inside the Tiny Homes
All of the tiny homes at Slabtown Village have running water, electric heat and air conditioning, a kitchen with sink, a flush toilet, Wi-Fi and televisions with Netflix, YouTube TV and local stations.

Groups
Given the great shared space, we have special rates for groups that would like to book multiple units. Wedding parties, family reunions and work retreats can be great opportunities for our village to become a destination. Please call us at 503-908-9081 to check available dates and pricing.

Parking
With the neighborhood's excellent walkability and all of Portland's alternative transportation options, including the Portland Streetcar and BIKETOWN one block away, it's easy to enjoy your stay car-free at Slabtown Village. If the need to park a car arises, street parking is free for the first four hours. We have daily parking passes available through the City of Portland as well. (Please let us know if you need parking passes before your arrival.) If you need longer-term parking, there are several lots nearby at: NW Pettygrove between 20th & 21st (closest) and 1543 NW Overton. Kitchen and Cooking
Slabtown Village is in the heart of an amazing area of restaurants and cafes, which makes having a full kitchen seem outrageous. Our homes do not include ovens or range tops. All units do have: refrigerators, microwave ovens, toaster ovens, coffee makers (with complimentary coffee), hot kettles (with complimentary tea) and basic kitchenwares.

Onsite Staff
Although we can handle most requests digitally (from your electronic door locks, booking updates and any communication), Slabtown Village does provide on-site staff to assist with any help that you might need. If you are needing anything at anytime, please call 503-908-9081 with any needs that arise and we will promptly respond to your needs in person.
